The olives that give us Esporão olive oils are exclusively sourced in one region, Alentejo. And all our olive oils are crafted in the Herdade do Esporão Olive Oil Mill, in Reguengos de Monsaraz, in a sustainable manner, following the logic of a circular economy, where everything is reused: the leaves and branches are used as compost, while the olive stones are used as fuel to produce heat in all Herdade do Esporão facilities.

All year round, guests can visit the Esporão Olive Oil Mill and discover the whole production process first-hand, with guided tours that include tastings of three olive oils.
