The restaurant, fully integrated into the landscape at the Herdade do Esporão estate, has been open since 1997. It is open to the outdoors, making it closer to the origin of all our products – which is nature, through its terrace and transparency to the indoor area. The decor and architecture of the space use local materials, with an emphasis on authenticity and comfort for visitors.  Its ‘terroir’ cuisine, according to modern preparation and interpretation, is centred on the product. The Alentejo, Portuguese, seasonal product where the shape, texture, colour and all its best features are preserved, bringing out its maximum flavour. The Carta Branca menu places your meal completely in the hands of the Chef, who will define a tasting menu featuring 5 or 7 highlights.
