Produced since 1992, Monte Velho Red and White are wines with an Alentejo character, offering a balanced and gastronomic profile.

Temperatures in 2019 were mild and, according to the winemaker Sandra Alves, fostered “a constant and homogenous evolution during ripening, providing the ideal conditions to produce a raw material with excellent quality, indelibly marking the profile of Monte Velho 2019”.

Monte Velho Red 2019 reveals notes of mature, intense, fresh red fruit and blackberries, lending it depth, charisma and the character of the region where it was produced. On the palate, this wine offers freshness, balsamic notes, intensity, and persistence.

Monte Velho White 2019 stands out due to its intense notes of fresh white fruit, ripe lemon, apricot, and some mango. It is intense and rich on the palate, with an elegant and even fresher finish.
