In Nativa, a magazine that explores details using a simple and raw approach, we share stories, memories, ideas and projects that inspire and accompany us every day.

“Conscience” is the common thread of this first edition, presented at the Restaurant Mezze, in Lisbon, by Associação Pão a Pão, a project we have been following since its inception. We explore the central theme, “Conscience”, through opinion pieces, articles, interviews, illustrations and recipes, using the words and art of numerous guests and staff members.

Wine, olive oil, land and people play a central and natural role in the stories we tell. The interview with Carlos Simões, the Portuguese Sommelier who is taking the wine world by storm, the conversation with Nelly Peters, a yoga teacher, the story The Man in the Turtleneck by radio presenter Inês Maria Meneses, illustrations by artists Rui Vitorino Santos and Júlio Dolbeth, and beautiful photographs by Duarte Belo, are just some examples of the many things to discover.

Nativa is a bilingual publication (Portuguese & English) that can be purchased at Esporão shops (Herdade do EsporãoQuinta dos Murças & Sovina shop in Porto), at MAGKiosk and Under The Cover, in Lisbon, and at O Manifesto, in Matosinhos.
