Olive Harvest Programme – from harvest to the mill

The harvest is another chance of experiencing the Alentejo region (Portugal) and learn how we produce our olive oils.

The olive harvest is an intense moment that follows the rhythm of the field works and of the mill. With happiness, we celebrate the year’s work while seeing new olive oils taking shape. Join us at Herdade do Esporão (Alentejo, Portugal) and be part of the team for a day, discovering how olive oil is made.
