A wine with a contemporary style, having an elegant and intense profile. The wines show the character of the selected vineyard parcels on the Estate.
Extremely dry year with very low rainfall during winter and throughout the growing season resulting in a late start to the grape phenological cycle and a delayed start to the harvest by some two weeks. A year with below average production but with very high quality grapes with good concentration.
Soil Type: Granite/schist rock with clay/loam soil.
Average age of vines: 9 years.
Aragonês and Syrah grapes vinified with short maceration time. Destemming, must chilling, short skin contact, pneumatic pressing, fermentation with temperature control (15ºC) in stainless steel tanks, centrifuging, cold stabilization and filtration.
Total Acidity: 7,20 g/l
Reducing Sugar: 1,7 g/l

Lively pink colour.
Fresh and fruity aromas of red berries and cherry with some mint notes.
Intense palate with fresh red berry fruits, well balanced and elegant, persistent finish.
