Based on traditional cuisine from the Alentejo region, we suggest a number of dishes where the flavours are more impressive when combined with different wines. With these recipes we not only highlight the quality of Alentejo food and the culinary attractions of our wine tourism service, but also show that the characteristics of a dish determine what type of wine we should serve.
