In spite of the Douro region’s great potential, we will offer a narrower range of products than we do in the Alentejo. Initially we will focus on a red DOC wine and target the medium-high segment of the market.
One of our future objectives is to produce port, given that the farm is apt for doing so (namely for the production of 10 year tawny). This is all the more so since the Quinta dos Murças brand enjoys some prestige in this segment. The port we make in future will always be of high quality and produced in small quantities.
