Colour/Condition
Light golden straw.
Aroma: Complex and intriguing, with notes of orange peel, ripe peach and crystallized fruit.
Palate: Rich, sweet texture, unctuous, hints of dry fruit, marmalade and ripe figs, finishing with clean balancing acidity.
Dishes: Best with Foie Gras, the delicacy of a dessert, or blue mold cheeses.
Temperature for serving: 8 - 10ºC.
Quantity Produced: 2.500 litres.​
Soil Type: Schist mother rock with clay – loam soil.
Pruning System: Bilateral cordon.
Average age of vines: 14 years.
Average Yield: 20 hl/ha.
Vinification: 
Must chilling, membrane pressing, cold settling, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, centrifuging and cold stabilization, membrane filtration to bottle​.
Chemical Analyses:
Alcohol: 14,5%; Total Acidity: 8,2 gr/l; Volatile Acidity: 0,93 gr/l; Total SO2: 211 mg/l; pH: 3,35; Dry Extract: 112 gr/l; Reducing Sugar: 86 gr/l; Free SO2: 38 mg/l.
