Clear intense ruby.
Aroma: Red fruit aromatics with floral violet notes from Touriga National and toasty French oak.
Palate: The palate combines the dense body of Syrah with silky texture of Touriga National.
Dishes: Best with ham, roast beef and feathered game dishes.
Temperature for serving: 16 - 18ºC.
Quantity Produced: 194.500 litres.​
Soil Type: Granite/schist rock with clay/loam soil.
Pruning System: Bilateral cordon.
Average age of vines: 10 years.
Average Yield: 40 hl/ha.
Vinification: 
Separate harvest for each varietie, destemming, crushing, fermentation temperature control (22-25ºC) in stainless steel tanks, pneumatic pressing, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Part of the wine matured in stainless steel tanks and the other part matured in French oak for 6 months. Matured for 6 months in bottle prior to market release​​.

Alcohol: 14,5%; Total Acidity: 6,26 gr/l; Volatile Acidity: 0,60 gr/l; Total SO2: 56 mg/l; pH: 3,65; Dry Extract: 31,0 gr/l; Reducing Sugar: 2,0 gr/l; Free SO2: 35 mg/l.

Cristal clear, light straw.
Aroma: Fresh and fine aromatics with peach and grapefruit notes.
Palate: Rich and elegant fruit on the palate, balance and fresh acidity.
Dishes: Best with grilled fish, composed salads and the charisma of Chinese food, it harmonizes a pleasant and relaxed meal.
Temperature for serving: 10 - 12ºC.
Quantity Produced: 180.000 litres.​
Soil Type: Granite/schist rock with clay/loam soil.
Pruning System: Bilateral cordon.
Average age of vines: 15 years.
Average Yield: 40 hl/ha.
Vinification: 
Destemming, must chilling, skin maceration, pneumatic pressing, cold settling, fermentation temperature control with selected yeast inoculation in stainless steel tanks, centrifuging, fining, cold stabilisation and filtration​​.

Alcohol: 13,5%; Total Acidity: 6,30 gr/l; Volatile Acidity: 0,36 gr/l; Total SO2: 140 mg/l; pH: 3,25; Dry Extract: 21,49 gr/l; Reducing Sugar: 2,8 gr/l; Free SO2: 38 mg/l.

Aroma: Fruity aroma with cherry and blackberry notes.
Palate: Intense elegant palate with minty notes, fresh, balanced and persistent​.
Dishes: Best with Asian foods and typical sausages. It is also an excellent aperitif, being able to provoke a mixture of flavors and incomparable sensations.

Vinification: 
Aragonês and Syrah grapes vinified with short maceration time. Destemming, must chilling, short skin contact, pneumatic pressing, fermentation with temperature control (15ºC) in stainless steel tanks, centrifuging, cold stabilization and filtration​​.

Alcohol: 13%; Total Acidity: 7,7 gr/l; Volatile Acidity: 0,30 gr/l; Total SO2: 122 mg/l; pH: 3,20; Dry Extract: 24,29 gr/l; Reducing Sugar: 3,9 gr/l; Free SO2: 38 mg/l.
